Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how users of the EvolForge service can submit a request to delete their personal data, account data, and data related to the use of integrations, including Meta / Facebook / Instagram integrations, if connected.
The service operator is FOP Leskiv Yustyna Romanivna, operating under the EvolForge brand.
1. Who can submit a request
A data deletion request can be submitted by:
- the owner of the EvolForge account;
- an authorized representative of the user, if properly confirmed;
- a user who connected or used a Meta / Facebook / Instagram integration through EvolForge;
- a person whose data is processed within the service, if they have a legal right to request the deletion of such data.
2. How to submit a data deletion request
To submit a data deletion request, send an email to:

In the request, please specify:
- the email of your EvolForge account;
- your name or organization name, if applicable;
- the name of the workspace / account / organization, if applicable;
- a description of exactly what data or which account needs to be deleted;
- if the request concerns a Meta / Facebook / Instagram integration — identifiers or details that will help find the connection, page, account, or integration;
- any other information that will help us process your request correctly.
3. How we verify identity
To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a deletion request.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
- a reply from the email address linked to your account;
- confirmation of access to the account;
- additional information necessary to identify the respective account, workspace, or integration;
- other reasonable verification methods, if necessary for security.
If we cannot verify your identity or right to submit such a request, we may ask for additional information or refuse to fulfill the request to the extent permitted by law.
4. What exactly can be deleted
After proper verification of the request, we may delete, anonymize, or permanently deactivate, depending on the nature of the data:
- your EvolForge account;
- user profile data;
- account and workspace settings;
- connected integrations;
- technical tokens and access keys;
- configurations of workflows, automations, scenarios, and related settings;
- data saved in the service in connection with the use of your account;
- data obtained through Meta / Facebook / Instagram integrations, if they are no longer needed to provide the service and are subject to deletion based on your request.
5. What may not be deleted immediately
In some cases, certain data may not be deleted immediately or completely if:
- their retention is required by law;
- they are needed to fulfill legal obligations;
- they are needed to prevent fraud, investigate security incidents, or protect rights and legitimate interests;
- they temporarily remain in backups until the standard overwrite cycle is completed;
- complete immediate deletion is technically impossible without compromising the integrity or security of the systems.
In such cases, we restrict access to this data and retain it only to the extent reasonably necessary.
6. Request processing time
We strive to process data deletion requests without undue delay.
- Standard initial response time: up to 3 business days
- Standard request fulfillment time: up to 30 calendar days from the moment of proper request verification; in complex cases, the period may be extended to the extent permitted by applicable law, with notification to the user.
If the request is complex, voluminous, or requires additional verification, the period may be extended to the extent permitted by applicable law. In this case, we will notify you separately. Under the GDPR, a response to a deletion request must generally be provided no later than one month, and in complex cases, the period may be extended provided the user is notified within the first month.
7. Deletion of Meta / Facebook / Instagram data
If you have connected Meta / Facebook / Instagram integrations to EvolForge, you can submit a request to delete the corresponding data in the same way — via email:
In such a request, it is desirable to additionally specify:
- the name of the connected page, account, or business asset;
- the email or other account identifier used during connection;
- a description of exactly which integrations or related data need to be deleted.
We delete or deactivate Platform Data to the extent required by platform rules, applicable law, and the actual service usage scenario. Meta requires that users have the ability to request the deletion of their data, and apps must clearly describe such a mechanism.
8. If you revoked access via Meta / Facebook
If you deleted the app, revoked permissions, or disconnected the integration via Meta / Facebook / Instagram settings, this may initiate a separate data deletion request process. Meta also supports mechanisms for sending deletion requests to developers.

9. How to find out the status of a request
After receiving and verifying the request, we may:
- confirm its receipt;
- request additional information;
- notify you of the fulfillment of the request;
- notify you if some data cannot be deleted immediately or completely, stating the general reason to the extent permitted by law.
